In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an account on zus888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with zus888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use any service on zus888. Registration by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. zus888 will conduct age verification checks and reserves the right to request certified identity documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be suspended immediately and all funds held in the account may be forfeited.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on zus888. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zus888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances, and permanently ban the Member.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use zus888. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. zus888 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.
3.5 KYC Verification. zus888 reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing deposits, withdrawals, or at any other time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. zus888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.3 You must notify zus888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. zus888 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
4.4 zus888 recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Enabling 2FA does not transfer to zus888 any liability that remains the Member's under these Terms.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on zus888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). zus888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Deposits page.
5.2 Third-Party Payments. zus888 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party. All payment methods used to deposit funds must be in your own name and verified through KYC procedures where applicable. Deposits received from third-party payment methods may be returned and the account suspended.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. zus888 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing schedules. zus888 reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Withdrawals page at the time of the request. zus888 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum withdrawal limits at any time.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login or transaction for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zus888 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Members will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
6.1 All bonus offers are subject to specific promotional terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms where applicable.
6.2 Bonuses are awarded at zus888's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money Balances. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are released as Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal.
6.4 Any Member found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic bet-hedging, or manipulation of wagering requirements — will forfeit all bonus-related winnings and may have their account permanently suspended.
7.1 All bets placed on zus888 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. Game rules are displayed within each game interface or sportsbook market.
7.2 zus888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or on games where a technical error has affected the outcome or display of odds.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of zus888's gaming system — validated against the relevant game provider's certified records — shall be final and binding.
7.4 zus888 does not accept bets from Members who have knowledge of a corrupt or manipulated outcome prior to placing the bet. Any bet placed on a known corrupt outcome will be voided and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zus888. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:
9.1 All content on the zus888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the property of zus888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No broader licence is granted by these Terms or by any use of the Platform.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of zus888.
10.1 zus888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of such data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12.4 zus888 is not liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or regulatory actions.
13.1 zus888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zus888 will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the document.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zus888 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your place of residence.
